any kind, expressed or implied regarding the operation of this site or the information, content or products
appearing on this site.
To the fullest extent permissible by law Atomic Engraving disclaims all warranties expressed or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and
also such warranties for any merchandise offered on this site. This disclaimer does not apply to any
product warranty offered by the manufacturer of any product sold on this site. In some jurisdictions
limitation of liability are not permitted.
In such jurisdictions some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. Atomic Engraving its
employees, officers, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the
use of this site including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whether in

All products sold on this site are for adult use only and by ordering on this site you certify that you are of

Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately once the order is placed.

7. Returns
All custom work completed by AtomicEngraving.com is considered a final sale. All unused unopened products may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns & warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting our service department info@AtomicEngraving.com . Any returns received without an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number from the service department will be returned to the sender unopened
8. Order Cancellations
All requests for an order cancellation must be submitted AtomicEngraving.com same day as the purchase with a copy of the PO# and receipt failure to do so will result in a restocking fee of 15%
9. Website Terms
AtomicEngraving.com does their best to accurately describe and represent all products, however, errors may occur. Prices are subject to change at any time. AtomicEngraving.com reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at our discretion. In the event of a conflict in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. Photos shown are not of the actual item being shipped, and may show options not included in the item being sold. Photos are provided for general identification purposes only and may show optional or additional pieces for illustration purposes.
10. Lead Times
AtomicEngraving.com lead times are estimates and we make every attempt to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 30 days.
11. Magazine purchases
AtomicEngraving.com abides by all state, federal, and local laws regarding magazines. If an illegal magazine is ordered to your state, your order will be processed with the magazines removed. AtomicEngraving.com applies the laws for civilian magazine purchases to all non-governmental magazine purchases within a state.
12. Shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS for delivery. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately to report any damages. There are no refunds if the package is lost. A replacement will be sent out once USPS declares a package as lost which can take up to 8 business days. All UPS orders ship with signature required for delivery.
Items which are expected to take longer than 30 days to ship will be listed as such on their product page along with an estimated lead time.
13. Severance
any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AtomicEngraving.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against AtomicEngraving.com arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts and United States Constitution
